Branch Manager - Chennai
Key areas of contribution:
Specific job duties will include the following:
Develop clientale and improve business for the branch office.
Be responsible for all the day to day operations of the office with tasks as mentioned below
Develop marketing strategies to improve / increase business
Identify new clients through social media, advertisement, hospitals and doctors directly
Identify the target segment to cater to and develop strategies to approach them.
Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepare and complete action plans; implement quality, and customer-service standards;
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Client service management:
Ensure that the request of the client is addressed to right from the initial contact.
Ensure that the right agreement or contract is signed in with client before we start the process of medical tourism.
Responsible for client management and ensure that the payment from client is collected before the commencement of treatment.
Monitor the inbox of the contact mail and reply to the Client within the time period set in the service levels expectation document.
Ensure that the personnel in office respond to telephone calls within the time set in the service level expectation document.
Reporting and budgeting:
Coordinate, collect and provide details of day to day operations on the weekly report and monthly reports,
Support in budgeting process.
Responsible for cash flow, banking operations, branch finance statements with support from head office.
Process and procedure:
Ensure to implement and follow the process and procedure established by the organization.
Make recommendations to change the process / procedure based on operational contingencies and justification.
In case of emergency, follow the established procedure for addressing and solving it.
Based on actual situation, make recommendations for changes to the procedure - Red book, blue book, procedures, process flows, forms etc.
Train new recruits and ensure they are familiar with office procedure and process as well as complete their training programs.
Set objectives and goals for all personnel and set up for self too in discussion with supervisor.
Allocate work to the personnel based on the position for which they have been recruited.
Support in the continuous training of self and personnel working in the office.
Conduct periodic meeting with personnel working in office to evaluate, review performance, educate, motivate, and inform them of developments in organization.
